1:1 Life Admin

Strategy Sessions

You are managing a highly complex life, and sometimes that complexity requires a dedicated project manager. When your personal logistics need a little extra TLC, we go 1:1. You bring the unedited reality of your current bottlenecks. I provide the strategy, the tools, and the firm accountability to make sure it actually gets done. Together we build a personalized system that meets you where you are at and gets you on the path to living your best life.

Free 15-Minute Vibe Check

Handing over the messy, unedited backend of your life requires a lot of trust. Before we dive into your paperwork, let’s make sure we are a good fit. All tiers start with a free 15-minute consultation call with me. You give me the quick rundown of what is dragging you down and we can decide if we are ready to tackle your list together.

The Momentum Retainer
{Ongoing Support}

Consistent, strategic partnership for the person juggling too many priorities. Think of this as having a personal Chief Operating Officer to ensure the backend of your life stays on track while you focus on the big picture.

What to Expect:

  • One 60-minute planning block (virtual, or in-person for those local to the Bellingham, WA area) to align on your priorities and map out what you would like to get accomplished this month.

  • Three text touch points per week (Monday kickoff, Wednesday check, Friday wrap-up) to provide gentle but firm accountability and keep you moving forward.

  • Free access to one Club GSD event per month (a $30 value)

  • Steady, sustainable progress without the mental burnout of trying to hold it all together alone.

  • To ensure high-level support, I only take on 8 retainer clients per month. Inquire for current availability.

The Life Admin Day

A highly focused, dedicated work block designed to clear a major bottleneck or rebuild your logistical infrastructure from the ground up. This is for when your to-do list—like an overwhelming inbox, a massive paperwork backlog, or a chaotic financial setup—has become too heavy to tackle alone.

What to Expect:

  • A quick pre-session questionnaire to lock in our exact target for the day.

  • Uninterrupted, one-on-one execution on Zoom or in person (for those local to Bellingham, WA). I lead the work blocks to completely eliminate decision fatigue, keep you anchored to the task, and force the execution.

  • You leave with immediate, palpable relief and a customized action plan to maintain the systems we just built.

  • During our free consultation, we will define exactly how much time you need (ranging anywhere from a quick sprint to an all-day VIP overhaul).

Price: $100/hour

THE LIFE ADMIN Day
{PARTY MODE EDITION}

The perfect excuse for a group of friends who want to catch up, but also really need to tackle the chores that are so much easier with a little peer pressure. Whether you need to finally book that group trip that's been stuck in the group chat, aggressively unsubscribe from junk mail, or hype each other up to update your resumes - we turn the isolating, tedious aspects of adulthood into a shared, celebratory win.

What to Expect:

  • A private session for your crew (virtual or local). We recommend gathering 4 to 8 people for a 2- to 3-hour block.

  • You bring the snacks and beverages; I step in as your DJ and MC, providing the structure, the countdown clocks, and the direction.

  • Custom gold star charts tailored to your group's theme (e.g., a "Digital Declutter Party" or a "Monthly Money Date").

  • Tangible progress on your individual lists, fueled by community and a lot of laughter.

Price: $85/hour/person
